Over the past ten years, Sheri has co-authored two ACT texts, supervised graduate students and mental health professionals, and facilitated workshops internationally.

The primary goal of this workshop is to teach the basic philosophy, behavioural change procedures and techniques of ACT. In addition to lecture and classroom discussions, this workshop will emphasize teaching the core therapeutic processes of ACT experientially.
