ACT Inside Out: A Training Opportunity for Clinicians Working with Adolescents

In this 10-week course, three experienced ACT clinicians will take you through the process of working with adolescents from beginning to end.

The primary goal of this workshop is to teach the basic philosophy, behavioural change procedures and techniques of ACT. In addition to lecture and classroom discussions, this workshop will emphasize teaching the core therapeutic processes of ACT experientially.
